TODOS CLUB 8-HOUR CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

To provide the highest quality instruction and maintain fair scheduling opportunities for all students, TODOS CLUB Dance Studio kindly requires at least eight (8) hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

The following policies apply:

• Cancellations made less than eight (8) hours before the scheduled lesson time may result in the full lesson fee being charged.
• Missed lessons without notice (“No-Shows”) may result in the full lesson fee being charged.
• Late arrivals do not extend scheduled lesson times and may reduce total instruction time.
• Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in stricter scheduling limitations and full enforcement of cancellation fees moving forward.

We understand that genuine emergencies may occasionally occur. At management’s discretion, the Studio may offer a one-time courtesy exception or class credit; however, exceptions are not guaranteed.

These policies help protect reserved instructor time, maintain scheduling fairness, and ensure professional service for all clients.

By scheduling a lesson, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.

TODOS CLUB CLASS SCHEDULING & PAYMENT POLICY

To maintain professional scheduling standards and provide fair instructor availability for all students, TODOS CLUB Dance Studio requires the following scheduling and payment policies:

• All private lessons, classes, packages, memberships, workshops, and services must be prepaid unless otherwise approved by the Studio.
• Complimentary or promotional lessons specifically offered by the Studio may be scheduled without prepayment when stated by the Studio.
• Prepaid students receive priority scheduling and instructor availability.
• Requested lesson times are not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed by the Studio.
• The Studio reserves the right to release unpaid or unconfirmed reservations to other clients.
• Promotional, trial, or complimentary lessons may have limited scheduling priority during high-demand periods.

Instructor time is reserved specifically for each scheduled lesson. Advance payment allows the Studio to maintain professional scheduling, instructor compensation, and consistent availability for committed students.
